Outside of work Tom likes to spend time with his family, getting out into the countryside for walks with his dog and is a keen sports fan, no matter what the sport is, but does take a particular interest in motorsport and football, sometimes at the expense of his marriage!

Director | Design & Planning Consultant
Emily Griffin MSc Ba(hons)
Emily joined TGC March 2025 and brings a wealth of knowledge in both Architectural Design and Planning. She holds a BA(hons) in Architecture and an MSc in Urban Planning from UWE.

Outside of work Emily loves a project, from painting and decorating to undertaking garden renovations and DIY. When she's not busy drawing Tom into her latest idea she can be found out walking the dog, or training at the Gym. This includes pilates to melt the day away and spin to race the other participants (healthy competition).
Emily enjoys being part of the local community and often volunteers for the Local Hospice, recently co-hosting a fundraising event with her Sister.

Emily has a great sense of humour (as well as the responsibility of curating this website) and enjoys hosting family and friends, especially in the summer when she can open up the doors and enjoy the garden!

Whenever she can, Emily practices her favourite and most privileged role of 'Auntie', crafting, painting and racing trikes around the kitchen.
